Clueless Leader - No Direction.
Nigerians are being killed in a Xenophobic attack in South Africa, some clown of a governor invited South African President to his state and erected a giant bronze statue in his honour, named a road after him and award him the state highest merit award with a chieftaincy title! Sound like a thank you for killing my people!
The statue cost about 520million naira, that’s a whopping $1.4m! The same state that has not been able to pay salaries, pensions are unpaid, roads are in a sorry state and security is practically nonexistent.
I don’t understand the logic behind this; Jacob Zuma doesn’t have a statue erected in his home country - South Africa! What next? Name the state Airport after Robert Mugabe?
Rochas Okorocha was a successful billionaire before coming into politics - he should have stayed in his lane! This same man is gunning for the Presidency? Then the state house will be named after Vladimir Putin or even better after Adolph Hitler.
We are a great nation, blessed with industrious people and various natural resources but with the worst of worse leaders in the world.
Nigerian leaders brings nothing but shame to this Nation with their unbelievable ideas and policies!
Apparently, the clown still has more statues to unveil - what have we done wrong ? Complete misplaced priority!
Sometimes I wonder if our leaders are Nigerians or some aliens out here to punish us because I refused to understand what development means to them.
Next you hear, the government is seeking for another loan? To do what this time? Erect another statue? This is the same Governor that spent 600million naira - about $1.5million to erect a Christmas tree!!
This is the scenario that will play out - the next governor of the state will pull all these statues down - so the people are losing out either way? Money that could have gone a long way with building hospitals or constructing roads!
I am sorry to my Imo state people - this is a nightmare.
Clueless leaders = Stagnant Economy.
